Service Delivery Processing Specialist

ADP is hiring a Service Delivery Processing Specialist.

In this role, you will help our internal and external partners with ADPCheck inquiries and issues. You will help resolve clients’ check issues. Specifically, you will handle Holder In Due Course cases, counterfeit, altered, and forged endorsements. In addition, you will assist the Global Security Organization and Corporate Legal with fraud claims and subpoenas, as well as support various business units with research regarding check incidents.

Daily, your focus will center around the mitigation of risk. You will work with our banking and internal partners and peers to provide timely resolution. In addition, there are several deadlines, reports, and transactions that you will process every day to ensure we pay America. Our environment is exciting and fast-paced!

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities:

What you can expect on a typical day:

Support. You will help our internal and external partners resolve check issues, which could include helping with check verifications and researching different types of claims. Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on check fraud, including compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our partners. Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of cases.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

You have at least one year of experience in a financial service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience. You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
