We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health - digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by efficient planning of field operations and timely resolution of customer issuesDriving operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibilityDispatching field team members to the corrective service requests with most efficient and smart planning option, considering engineering proficiency and geographical circumstances.Master planning and follow up of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Field Modification Instruction (FMI), Installation, Option & Upgrades (O&U), helium refill operationsMonitoring and closely following up down systems and hot issues until resolution and customer satisfactionDriving data analysis and business case development for key projectsDeveloping productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of serviceAchieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on a daily basisQualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience or familiarity with process management and/or continuous improvementStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExperience on statistical and/or data management toolsProven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environmentExcellent planning, prioritization and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skillsDemonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAnalytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skillsPreferred Qualifications:Green Belt / Black Belt certified or familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and toolsKnowledge of ISO 13485 and CE Mark requirementsSkillsProcess ManagementCustomer ServiceCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsPlanning skills
