What You Will Achieve

As part of the EMEA Colleague Services Delivery team, you will support HR operational tasks for the markets of responsibility. As a Senior Associate, ensuring compliance, supporting colleagues' requests via a ticketing system, and handling stakeholders' needs to ensure business continuity are part of your daily activities. You are expected to prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate to achieve results. Demonstrating excellence in your work, with accountability for following through on commitments, is crucial. Working autonomously with a continuous improvement mindset and implementing change are key aspects of the role, ensuring that you can effectively contribute to the team's success and deliver high-quality results. Your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

Support HR operational tasks for the markets of responsibility as part of the EMEA Colleague Services Delivery team.Contribute to the completion of projects and manage your own time to meet agreed targets.Ensure compliance, support colleagues' requests via a ticketing system, and handle stakeholders' needs to ensure business continuity.Prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate to achieve results.Demonstrate excellence in your work, with accountability for following through on commitments.Work autonomously with a continuous improvement mindset.Contribute to the completion of projects and manage your time to meet agreed targets.Execute HR pay-impacting tasks that support the entire employee lifecycle.Understand the fundamental business drivers for Pfizer.Coach and support managers and colleagues on a range of HR policies and practices.Manage well-documented processes and procedures for the HR system.Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.Support the Employee Relations function, including data analytics.Handle internal audits and close audit observations as per deadlines.Act as a single point of contact for vendor management.Streamline and automate HR processes.Prepare key HR metrics, HR dashboards, and presentations using various analytical tools.Identify and introduce new methodologies, participate in the ongoing continuous improvement of processes and practices.Support the annual year-end cycle, including report generation, data migration/verification, staff communication, and employer tax returns filing.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, Human Resources or related field preferredAt least 3 years of experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services/HR Operations/centralized customer service environmentExcellent knowledge of Italian (verbal and oral)Proficient level in English language (written and verbal)Good interpersonal and communication skills and result oriented.Experience with Microsoft Office - proficient Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.

 

Nice-to-Have

Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.Experience of working on ERP HR module (SNOW -ticketing systems). Experience of working in a Service CenterExperience in operationsPositive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of various analytical tools. Knowledge of HR Ordinance and Provident Fund.Possess analytical and creative skills.
