Service Delivery Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor to join our team based in Sydney (Inner City). You will be the key lead in the delivery of all programmed Work Orders and will target specific Work Priorities and Work Classifications, ensuring that the works are delivered on time, in alignment with the scope and to quality standards as specified.

What you’ll do

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations. Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends. Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within WMS and all relevant systems.  Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers.  Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.  Complete all work orders by scheduled delivered date and quality parameters as outlined within scope of works and quality outcome. 

What you’ll bring

High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver’s licence.  Experience in project delivery.  Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.  Experience in construction trade. Customer relations management.
