Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Service Design Strategist to join a consumer facing design team. This team will be working to support a recently launched initiative aligned to a customer centric portfolio, so candidates must have a strong understanding delivering design work focused on customer centricity. We are seeking a candidate with a background in service design and strategy who has end to end experience with UX design and understand customer market insights. This candidate will be supporting stakeholder relationships across multiple business units and teams to gather insights and then synthesize and analyze the data to come up with design recommendations for product groups. Candidates will be designing system based blueprints, creating complex journey maps based on their discovery of how consumers use the companies digital products, and creating artifacts. This candidate will be a key part in representing the Product Design team to help facilitate alignment on design solutions for tough challenges, design share sessions, create taxonomy changes and align strategies that support the flow of customer activities and journey touchpoints. Candidates should have a strong background understanding large ecosystems of customer facing products, as well as established relationships cross functionally to help others understand design in the product lifecycle. This candidate should be curious, ask great questions, function both collaboratively and independently, as well as be comfortable with outreach and organization of multiple groups. This role will require some hands on design, such as quick mockups, information architecture, wireframes or flow diagrams that would be implemented in slides and shared internally to help explain the design problem or solution to other stakeholders. This role will require design chops and will not be focused on the visual/UI aspects of design.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Service Design, Design Strategy or UX Design experience
Experience with strategy sessions and working with stakeholders, building stakeholder relationships to align on design initiatives and decisions
Strong understanding of Service design and UX processes
Hands on with system based blueprints, journey mapping and flows, information architecture
Hands on building Google Slide decks to present design findings, solutions and story tell to other stakeholders so they understand the design ecosystem
Understanding of customer facing products and product taxonomy
Knowledge of customer centricity
Portfolio with up to date work that shows process and full work flow Data skills with excel workflows
Knowledge of go to market strategies from a design perspective null
