Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Desktop Support for a hybrid remote work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring timely resolution of issues.Troubleshoot hardware and software problems identifying and implementing effective solutions.Maintain and update desktop systems ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for desktop support.Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.Assist in the deployment and configuration of new desktop systems.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to desktop support.Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.Provide training and support to end-users on desktop systems and software.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with other technologies.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in desktop support technologies.Communicate effectively with end-users providing clear and concise instructions and updates.Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of desktop support principles and practices.Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have experience with remote desktop support tools and technologies.Display strong organizational and time management skills.Certifications Required
