We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a IT Engineer

• Will be the’ point of contact, and accountable for compliance with all deliverables. Flexibility to work in shifts

• Monitoring devices in Nexthink/ Medalia tool(s) and reporting issues to L2 team for immediate actions.

• Contribute, participate in lead account review meetings with leadership within a mutually agreed upon cadence.

• Manage Remote technical remote support to client devices and coordinate with onsite teams/leads for maintenance and break/fix activities.

• Provide updates to Incident and service request tickets in the ticketing tool to reflect actions taken to resolve such Incident or ScTask.

• Coordinate with Cognizant’s partner/vendor.

• Monitor critical priority tickets (P1 & P2); validate and alert respective site engineer and country leads to take immediate actions to avoid SAL breaches.

• Coordinating with multiple teams to meet the SLAs and providing remote resolutions on non-hardware tickets.

• Good understanding and troubleshooting resolution skills of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products including mobile device management (MDM), iOS/ Android, Mac & Windows.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex end-user technical issues.

• Proficiency in respective language and English , excellent task management, verbal, and written communication skills

• Monitor Device experience on Nexthink portal.

• Create & Run the Investigation to identify pattern or commonalities.

• Collaborate with other L2/L3 support groups.

• Collaborate with other support groups.

• Monitoring DEX Scores, creating recommendations for improvement

• Creating proactive incidents for improvement in performance

• Perform regular health checks in terms of Hierarchy, Nexthink user's RBAC,
