WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR + Experience: Entry-level technical support certification (e.g., network+, A+) recommended but not required. + Skills: Requires excellent problem management and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of systems administration including but limited to: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, AD, DFS, ADFS, SFTP, SCCM, Azure AD, M365 functionality, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, InTune, etc. Basic knowledge of configuring and operating Windows and Linux operating systems. Basic understanding of configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, Organizational Units. Basic understanding with Windows 2019 /2016 Active Directory including Group Policy Object creation and management, and AD migration. + Customer Focus: Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be a team player with a desire to provide a high level of customer service. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear concise and courteous manner.  WHAT YOU’LL DO + Clearly communicates technical subjects and instructions to non-technical audiences both in person and over the phone. + Manages user requests for support within a timely manner. + Documents, researches, identifies, and attempts to solve technical problems on initial call and/or triage where appropriate for resolution. + Gives users a feeling of personalized service and a quick and thorough resolution. + Performs basic technical support on endpoints (e.g., hardware, configuration, network connectivity, security, VPN, Terminal Services). + Performs general maintenance tasks; troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization. + Escalates service requests with management, vendors, and more senior technical resources as necessary to resolve problems. + Images desktop and laptop computers. + Ships and receives displays, computers, network equipment, and related materials. + Manages inventory of replacement parts, equipment, and software licenses. + Uses an ITIL based work order tracking system. + Plans and manages travel to field offices for onsite maintenance. + Follow standard policies and procedures where documented.
