Service Desk Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst in BROOMFIELD, Colorado, United States. The selected candidate will be engaged in tasks related to Microsoft 365, active directory, azure, and hardware. This role involves creating knowledge-based articles and working with virtual phone systems. Responsibilities: • Provide support for Microsoft 365 queries and issues • Manage and monitor active directory services • Handle tasks related to azure technologies • Create and update knowledge-based articles for users • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware • Work with virtual phone systems to manage customer inquiries • Develop and manage Android applications • Handle tasks related to Cisco and Citrix technologies • Manage Mac computers and Apple devices • Perform configuration management and deployments • Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 queries and issues. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst or in a similar role • Proficiency in Android Development • Demonstrable experience with Cisco Technologies • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Technologies • Familiarity with Mac Computers and their operating systems • Strong understanding of popular software technologies • Experience with Active Directory and its functions • Ability to troubleshoot Apple Devices • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware • Proficiency in Configuration Management • Experience in Deployments • Proficiency in popular office software suites • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work in a team and independently when required • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
