The Service Desk Analyst Co-op will provide support to Bobcat Dealers, Customers, or Internal employees in a fast-paced team environment.

Role & Responsibility

Service Desk Contact Center Support

Entry level position responsibilities:

Supporting Dealers, Customers or Employees via Chat, Phone, Email, and Electronic Form Documenting interactions within case management solution Utilizing context clues and established Knowledge Center Support articles to respond to customer questions and issues  Transferring unresolved inquiries/issues to subject matter experts Collaborating with Bobcat business and product teams Facilitates communication between subject matter experts and the dealer and/or customer Keeps up to date/knowledgeable on product lines, applications, and offerings Job Requirement

Education & Qualification

Actively seeking a bachelor’s level Degree in a Business, Communications, or an IT related field

Knowledge & Skill

Customer Service Verbal and Written Communication  Documentation skills Microsoft office suite Basic computer skills.  Ability to follow written instructions Experience in a call center environment
