Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you have a background in Managed Services or Facilities, especially in a hospital environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Compile end-of-month statistics and reports. Handle client requests via phone, email, or face-to-face. Prioritise tasks according to SLAs and KPIs. Schedule and coordinate engineering or subcontractor resources. Manage job records from creation to financial closure. Liaise with the engineering team for daily updates. Assist with quotations and client approvals. Raise purchase orders for materials and services. Provide accurate data for internal and external reports. Maintain operational processes and CAFM system. Deliver excellent client and customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in service desk and administration within the building services industry. Strong communication skills with customers and management. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks. Proficient in IT, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with CAFM systems and Microsoft Dynamics. Comfortable working independently and adapting to changes.
Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Previous experience in facilities management administration.
