Requirements:
US Citizenship and current Top Secret Clearance No dual citizenship, no felonies, no bankruptcies Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud PractitionerPreferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Infrastructure, virtualization, Atlassian, and IvantiResponsibilities:
Provide support to end users on various technical issues Identify, research, and resolve technical problems Respond to calls and emails for technical support Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problemsPay Details: $60,000.00 to $86,000.00 per year
