Service Desk Support

Summary: Seeking Service Desk Support personnel to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient resolution of end-user problems.

Requirements:

US Citizenship and current Top Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Cloud Practitioner

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Infrastructure, virtualization Familiarity with Atlassian and Ivanti

Responsibilities:

Provide support to end users on various technical issues Identify, research, and resolve technical problems Respond to calls, emails, and requests for technical support Document, track, and monitor issues for timely resolution Serve as the first point of contact for hardware/software PC and printer problems

Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year
