Service Desk Support Apprentice Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $18.19 - $27.29 an hour - Per Diem, Varous shifts and hours a week. **Range includes per diem differential. +$2.00/hr for weekend shifts. Boulder Community health is seeking a Service Desk Support Apprentice to provide technical support to Service Desk customers. Other certifications may be substituted at the discretion of IT Management. A Bachelor of Science degree in a computer related field can be substituted in lieu of this certification requirement. •Driver’s License (for providing off-site support) is required. •ITIL Foundation experience a plus. Responsibilities •Excellent customer service skills and a strong customer service focus. •Must have demonstrable knowledge of basic desktop computing concepts and troubleshooting skills. •Work under the guidance of the Service Desk Lead and Service Desk Manager. •Must be able to learn and retain Service Desk procedures and technical resolutions required for support. •Ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff. •Strong organizational and time management skills. •Provide technical support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents. •Provide technical support to resolve identified first call resolution incidents. •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot/problem solve. Must be able to distinguish between application, operating system, network, and hardware problems. •Works to resolve incidents within established SLA’s.
