Service Desk Technician
Important Note: Only candidates living in the greater Phoenix area will be considered for this role. Job Description: A non-profit organization seeks a mid-level resource for their Service Desk Team to provide 100% virtual support. Day-to-day: 60% answering calls, 40% daily tasks, service queues, project work, and documentation. Top Skills: + Active Directory Administration (password reset, account management, access, disabling accounts) + Office 365 experience + Good reasoning and troubleshooting skills (hardware and software) Additional Skills & Qualifications: + 6am or 7am shift + Vaccine required + Great customer service skills + Self-sufficient for night shift Employee Value Proposition (EVP): + The organization has the best customers, almost apologetic when calling. + Sustainability: execs took pay cuts to prevent layoffs due to pandemic Work Environment: + Remote but must be in the Phoenix Market + Two weeks of training: + First week: knowledge transfer, no live time (phones) + Second week: shadowing an experienced member, taking turns on phones + Remote flexibility introduced once trust is established. Business Drivers/Customer Impact: The organization needs quality 24/7 support for their customers. Position Open Reason: Backfilling a retiring team member. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
