Ensure work is streamlined by maintaining and troubleshooting mobile devices, laptops and tablets using AirWatch or other MDM. The company is on site and is centrally located in Des Moines, Illinois.

Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 3+ years of experience as Service Desk Technician or similar IT role Experience with Mobile Device Management tools (Airwatch) Proficiency in troubleshooting Apple, PC and Android devices Ability to solve hardware and software issues and bugs Experience in Device Configuration Desired Skills & Experience Strong communication interpersonal skills Understanding of basic Network Infrastructure Experience in User support for Sage 300 Knowledge of Remote IT Support What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown 50% Desktop and Mobile Support(PC, IPhone, Android) 30% Mobile Device Management (Airwatch) 10% Hardware Setup (Cables and Monitors) Daily Responsibilities Troubleshoot and monitor IT infrastructure for errors Configure and deploy workstations and mobile devices Complete service ticket requests and assist employees with IT usage Collaborate within a team to ensure assigned tasks are completed Facilitate the download of any company wide apps or updates The Offer
