The Service Dispatcher is responsible for the appropriate scheduling of service technicians to scheduled maintenance visits, emergency down units and quoted repair work. This includes understanding customer equipment and preferences, technician abilities and the geographic and timing constraints to be as efficient and impactful with precious service technician time.
What are we looking for
+ HS Diploma (required)/Associate Degree (preferred).
+ 2 years' experience in Parts and/or field repair/maintenance service required.
+ Mechanical aptitude a plus.
+ Be highly motivated and an independent thinker.
+ Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
+ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
+ Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software, field service management software, CRM software.
