Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Electrician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in electrical service, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves installing and maintaining electrical devices, managing work tickets, and leading a team of service technicians.

Work Environment
This position involves 90% travel, with the contractor reporting to the shop and riding with service technicians during the contract-to-hire period. Projects will be on commercial and industrial job sites, including existing buildings, renovations, and new construction. Daily work varies based on current projects, which may last from a few hours to several months. We seek someone looking to transition from hands-on work to a more customer-focused and leadership role.

This is a long-term position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
