In this exciting role as a Data Analyst you will have the responsibility to partner closely with the Service, Marketing, R&D and Commercial organizations and deliver insights that help define strategy, facilitate speed and accuracy of decision-making, and ultimately make a positive impact on the business. The ideal candidate will excel in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that directly impact the service experience. This role involves not only querying and manipulating data but also interpreting it, visualizing it in meaningful ways, and deriving insights to inform business decisions. You will be responsible for creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations as well as to communicate findings to key stakeholders, both internally and externally at international customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions as well as identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Lastly, this role will provide support on program management, identifying key performance indicators for service and ensuring the budget supports the ongoing efforts of GRSS.
