Based in Singapore, the Service Engineer will perform commissioning and troubleshooting all models of Emerson Instruments & Analyzers Products. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Perform on-site preventive maintenance, replacing defective components or parts as appropriate. + Provide technical support and pre-sales support to Sales team. + Assist and support in the service business growth by promoting training, service center repairs, commissioning and maintenance contract. + Complete required documentation for service activities such as field service, commissioning and calibration reports by required deadlines. + Support Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test. + To provide technical assistance and other duties assigned by supervisor. + Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures. **Who You Are:** You build the customer relationships. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + 3 years of related experience in the similar field, particularly in site commissioning and troubleshooting. + A proven track record of working within Field Service position with demonstrable experience of troubleshooting and repairing instruments and wireless system. + Fast learner and know-how attitude in resolving issues. + Customer orientated, self-directed and ability to multitask between various service assignments. + Strong knowledge on Wireless System. + Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. + Competent in MS Office suite. + Good written and verbal English skills. + Resourceful and self-motivated with high degrees of integrity. + Strong analytical, problem solving, and teamwork skill required. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Diploma/ITE in Instrumentation /CPT/ Electronics /Mechatronic Engineering **Our Offer To You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
