Summary: Seeking a Service Engineer for national travel to provide engineering/testing, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and customer support for plastics processing equipment.

Job Requirements:

Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience 3-5 years work experience in a customer service field Knowledge of Drives, PLCs Associates Degree (or more) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar, or equivalent work experience Balance of Electrical, Software and Mechanical skills

Preferred Skills:

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Engineering/testing of control systems, system upgrades and retrofits Equipment installation, troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, and process), and training at customer locations Provide customer service and support on site or via internet, phone and email Occasional sales support in identifying opportunities while in customer plants Written service reports to both customer and company Specify and procure vended items Domestic and international travel (20-40%)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
