Job Summary:
To install, commission, and maintain humidification and dehumidification systems while providing technical support and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct installation, servicing, and repairs of humidification systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site. Work closely with sales to support customers post-installation. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Provide technical training and support to clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage and oversee the service department, ensuring timely response to client needs. Implement maintenance schedules and service protocols to improve efficiency. Train junior technicians and oversee their development within the company.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements: Trade Test / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Refrigeration/Air Conditioning qualification is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical/mechanical field service. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability. Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage field service schedules. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel for installations and maintenance.
