Service Engineering Manager
Job Title: Service Engineering Manager Job Description The primary role of the Service Engineering Manager involves fieldwork, which includes mechanical and electrical checkout of odor control systems, programming adjustments to PLCs and HMIs, and servicing of pumps, blowers, and other mechanical equipment. This person will also manage a small team of other field service engineers. Responsibilities + Conduct mechanical and electrical checkout of odor control systems + Perform programming adjustments to PLCs and HMIs + Service pumps, blowers, and other mechanical equipment + Manage a small team of field service engineers + Troubleshoot and repair equipment + Travel to customer sites to install and service equipment Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment + Experience in field service + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills + PLC programming and troubleshooting skills + Management and supervision skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of hydraulics and industrial equipment + Mechanical aptitude + Experience managing a team Work Environment The role requires approximately 30% of the time to be spent in the office, collaborating with a team of around 30 engineers and technicians (including Mechanical, Electrical, Project, and Controls Engineers).
