Service Establishment Specialist

 

About this opportunity:

 

We are looking for a Service Establishment specialist who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions, processes and budgets within a network Roll Out delivery organization.

The job role is used for Radio and Transmission networks deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.

Responsible for management of activities, interacting personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

 

What you will do:

 

•Provide cost estimation for solutions and services to be delivered•Provide Support to the project delivery organization with technical and business requirement guidance•Define and cost estimating for Build services and SL Service portfolio•Provide support to COM and support to strategy in the B&SF for competence GAP and area for new business•Provide support price lists and ASP pricing model according to B&SF WoW•Provide E2E processes engineering, carrying out the planning, implementation and update of key production process within B&SF•Carry out the implementation of the necessary strategies to maximize the results in the delivery process•Launch and commissioning of strategically defined delivery processes and models•Be accountable of the best service establishment within B&SF

    

What will you bring:

 

•Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Industrial, Telecom,…) •Min years of experience: 5 years’ experience in telecommunication network deployment•Language skills: fluent English and Spanish•Domain experience: Radio and TX•You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindset•Coping with pressures and setbacks•Delivering results and meet customer expectations•Planning and organizational skills for large projects

 

Additional Requirements:

 

•Experience in the financial management of projects

As an integral part of our team, the Implementation Manager plays a key role in handling all implementation services. This includes defining the scope, time, and resource planning, ensuring compliance with group directives, legal, financial, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security, and privacy. Being a data and value-driven role, the successful candidate will effectively deliver strategic support to commercial engagements while observing approved processes and tools.

- Provide frequent reports on progress and deviations to efficiently manage workforce and cost.
