ROLE PURPOSEThis position is responsible for daily activities of call closure in the Metrix System. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES + Reviews and Closes Exception Requests. + Interfaces with Service Technicians/Service Field Management on Request Closure Questions + Process all Credit and Debit Memos from Accounts Receivable + Process all Special Project Requests + Responsible for Daily Posting + Review and Work on Task on Hold ReportReview and Work on Part Lines not Invoiced Report + Review Open Call Report + Clean up of Site Hours Report + Close Warranty, Training, Dealer and Subcontractor Requests + Daily Service Review of Special Customer Billings + Re-page Requests as Needed + Complete Projects as Required + Backup for other Service Invoice Specialist(s) + Other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSEducation Level:High School diploma Qualifications: Two years related experience and/or training REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES + Possess good communications, interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills + Strong attention to detail + Microsoft office knowledge + JDE experience a plus + Ability to effectively present information to management. + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as work ticket times and totals + Ability to speak effectively on work ticket problems + Ability to work in a team environment + $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
