Service Lane Assistant Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet every customer and visitor with a warm, welcoming attitude. Provide clear directions and helpful information to ensure a positive experience every time. Support Service Advisors: Assist service advisors by directing customers to the appropriate departments and helping with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the service area neat and organized, adhering to company standards for safety and cleanliness. Customer Assistance: Address customer needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and helping them find solutions to their service requirements. Additional Duties: Assist in any other tasks required within the service department to ensure smooth operations.

Service Lane Assistant Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Starting at $15 per hour plus bonuses.
