Leadership Maturity and Principled Decision-Making: You are proven clinical leader who demonstrates maturity, a rational approach, and a focus on sustainable department growth. You are collaborative, long-term focused, and strategic communicator, with the ability to align private and employed dermatologists with system strategic needs and establish balance between long-term and immediate rewards.Health System or Clinically Integrated Network Background: You have worked in a health system or as part of a clinically integrated network and understand how dermatology interfaces with primary care and other specialists.  You possess the ability to manage a high patient load and deliver a wide range of dermatological care.Ability to Establish Strategic Priorities and Clinical Standards: You adeptly navigate the balance between general and cosmetic dermatology and the health system’s mission of providing comprehensive care. You understand and find value in a compensation model, with productivity incentives tied to general and cosmetic procedures, ensuring the core mission remains the focus. You possess strong subject matter expertise across general dermatology and are able to identify and monitor appropriate quality targets ensuring robust system-wide evidence-based clinical practice and peer review.Champion for Care Innovation and System Integration: You are able to identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovate care models to expand access and quality of dermatology care across the system. You embrace and advocate for supporting expanded roles of dermatology advanced practice providers (APPs) and partnership with primary care, promoting an integrated dermatology care model.

What You’ll Do:

Transform Dermatology Care: Lead and expand a dermatology division across a range of settings, from urban clinics to rural outreach. Shape the future of dermatology at RRH by implementing clinical excellence and cutting-edge treatments.Embrace Innovation: Leverage the latest technology and treatment methods to offer both traditional and cosmetic dermatology services, aligning with the growing demand for comprehensive skin care.Lead with Impact: Mentor dermatologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver care that’s not only clinically sound but also compassionate. Champion the use of APPs to expand access and efficiency across the system where all providers work at the top of their license.Expand Access & Care: Build upon our commitment to providing dermatology services where they are needed in underserved areas. From treating skin cancer to offering cosmetic dermatology, you’ll lead a team that delivers high quality accessible care to every community, from urban centers to rural regions.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
