Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Line Specialist with 20 to 24 years of experience in Hardware Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Value Analysis & Value Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management. This role will involve leading technical projects providing strategic insights and ensuring the successful implementation of hardware solutions to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Over 20 years of experience in hardware development and product design.
Manage customer projects liaise moderate coordinate and execute projects and tasks with various functional groups.
Focus on driving delivery with offshore teams.
Managed medium to large teams of approximately 30+ hardware engineers.
Skilled in full hardware development to production cycles.
Deep expertise in analog electronics for highly competitive products requiring low power high accuracy interfaces to field sensors and transducers.
Familiarity with industry standards for IO (4-20mA HART DI/DO Universal IOs) and industrial standard communications (Ethernet/IP EtherCAT ModBus CAN-FD etc.).
Familiar with 32-bit/64-bit processor-based design preferably NXP processors.
Familiar with 32-bit/64-bit microcontroller-based design preferably STM.
Exposure to Memory devices (DDR NAND NOR etc..)
Exposure and working experience with industry standards and global compliance for EMI/EMC functional safety and incorporating design principles to meet IEC61000 standards UL and other safety and wireless compliance.
Capable of performing hands-on design as well as independently conducting design reviews of schematics PCB testing etc.
Experience in reverse engineering analysis.
Familiar with industry-wide tools for schematics and PCB (e.g. Cadence Allegro).
Able to provide inputs guidance and reviews of designs requiring additional analysis (e.g. power budgeting thermal SI EMC modeling derating reliability xFMEAs).
Able to independently guide teams to perform detailed circuit-level analysis and simulations using SPICE MATHWORKS etc.
