The Service Line Supervisor – Non-RN is responsible for actively managing the clinical operations of a larger volume Care Center and outreach locations, reporting to the Clinic Director. Provides daily work direction and supervision of offsite staff to ensure providers have adequate staffing assistance to accommodate clinic efficiency while also achieving site objectives. Directly supervises all registered/licensed healthcare staff and other patient care staff which may include CMA, MA, LPN, and technicians.
Our Cardiology Clinic supports a wide variety of patients with their cardiac needs. This includes preventative care, coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation and more. We have a large group of providers that work closely with the RN's, clinical support staff, scheduling staff and more to provide excellent patient care. We are excited to add an individual to our clinic who enjoys being part of a team and has a passion for caring for patients!
What you will do as a Service Line Supervisor – Non-RN:
Supervises staff and oversees day to day operationsActs as a working supervisor: works along side staffActively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all staffEnsures effective and time communication of relevant information as appropriateProvides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectationsProvides leadership and overall coordination to accomplish the implementation of special projects. Works with team members to establish clear, precise implementation plan, including goals, objectives and timeframesPartners with Service Line Leadership to support strategy deployment activitiesSupports leadership by providing onsite support, direction, and backup to the care teamAssists in planning, coordinating and facilitating of meetings; prepares and distributes materials necessary for meetings; attend specified meetings and takes minutes to ensure accurate records of meeting are availableCollaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operationsPractices as a financial steward; provides input as appropriate related to clinic budgetWhat you will need:
One of the following: NREMT & MN EMT certification OR Medical Assisting Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred) OR active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) licenseMinimum 1 years of supervisory or demonstrated leadership (Lead) experience along with clinical rooming experienceLocation: 909 Fulton St SE., Minneapolis, MN 55455
