Ron Tonkin KIA is rapidly growing and we are urgently hiring Service Lot Attendants to join our dealership. The Service Lot Attendant plays a major role in assisting the Service Department by providing world-class customer service and helping where needed. This position is best suited for those who would like to start a career in the automotive industry but haven’t had the opportunity to. The ideal candidate is willing to learn with a warm personality.

 

Service Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

Perform check-in inspections of vehicles on the service drive and park them in designated areas. Pull vehicles up and deliver to guests upon completion. Provide quality customer service to guests. Other duties as needed to help support the Service team. Maintain orderly appearance of vehicle displays. Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover. Assist service advisors as necessary. Other duties as needed to help support the Sales team.
