**Hiring for a CNC Service Operator in Franklin, TN** **Job Description** Troubleshoot tooling issues over the phone with a variety of customers such as manufacturing facilities and job shops. Address tooling issues with a range of machines, mainly mills and lathes, but also grinders, EDM, or manual machinery. Provide solutions by using different types of tooling or methods of chipping the metal. Pull up blueprints and schematics to address real-time issues with customers. **Hard Skills** + Troubleshooting tooling issues + Knowledge of mills and lathes + Ability to work with grinders, EDM, or manual machinery + Reading blueprints and schematics **Soft Skills** + Customer service + Problem-solving **Pay** + $24-26/hr depending on experience. **Shift** + First Shift (9 AM - 5PM) **Work Environment** They just built a new building in order to continue to expand. The facility is all brand new and state of the art in terms of machinery and accommodations.
