Service Management Coordinator
Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Complete Description:  Individual will perform project coordination activities and day to day activities related to service management and service lifecycle management processes, including updates to service portfolio tool and service catalog, coordinating meetings and providing status on services.  Individual will also handle miscellaneous tasks and special projects assigned by Service Management Director.  Individual will also provide backup support to the service management specialist in order to effectively and efficiently continue to advance services through the service life cycle management process.
