Service Management-ITIL Team Lead
Kforce has a client in Sierra Vista, AZ that is seeking a Service Management-ITIL Team Lead. Responsibilities: * Working directly with leadership and in close cooperation with the Service Management-ITIL process SME * Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and communicate ITSM vision, mission, strategy, benefits, and deliverables * Identify ITIL process requirements, goals, and associated KPIs for implementation, ongoing management, and improvement within the organizational ITIL practice, in accordance with ITIL best practice guidance * Provide organizational guidance on ITIL based process areas and strategize to drive efficiencies * Assess existing process capabilities and associated metrics to identify and take action on improvement opportunities * Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies to measure process effectiveness and efficiency, as well as organizational capabilities * Ensure process related documentation supports government policies and effectively describes processes, SOPs, and TTPs to promote organizational adherence to process activities and goals * Manage direct reports to adhere to organizational policies and requirements * Mentor and guide ITIL-SM process managers to develop, manage, and improve process documentation, activities, and metrics * Mentor and guide ITIL-SM process managers in the development and delivery of ITIL based training programs to ensure compliance with organizational goals and process requirements * Mentor and guide ITIL-SM analysts to effectively gather, interpret, trend, and report on process related data * Mentor and guide additional ITIL-SM staff in the execution of their duties to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all ITIL-SM related functions
