Salary: $134,000-$184,000

You will be a member of the Finance Strategy and Operations leadership team within FinTech, as the Service Management & Operations - Global Senior Manager you will oversee a multi-dimensional team and play a pivotal role in building the Service Management capability within FinTech and ensuring the effective operation of our Finance Technology services. 

What are we looking for?

Significant experience in a service management or operations leadership role within a Finance or Technology environment.Proven track record of driving service level management standards, providing service intelligence, managing service requests, and improving service delivery.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What will be your key responsibilities?Drive service level management standards and KPIs for run-operate-fix issues, ensuring service delivery meets established standards and business requirements; regularly monitor service performance against KPIs and standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Ensure effective service delivery through the management of proper infrastructure and resources. Plan, organize, and control resources to deliver the desired service levels.Provide service intelligence offering insights around types of requests, number of requests, and region of requestor. Use these insights to inform actions on service spread by region, training & improvement, and service effectiveness.Oversee a team of service management professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. In the first 12 months the aim is to transform the E2E Period End Close (PEC) Process with a managed services approach.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee's work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable polices and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) basic life insurance plan for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee's work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holiday (equal to 96 paid holiday hours) throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
