The Role
In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
7 to 8 Years experience as a Service Delivery Manager, specifically in managing infrastructure projects within or similar large-scale
enterprise environments.
Experience participating in IT system operation projects, knowledge equivalent to ITIL Foundation
Good in Japanese translation and interpretation. Translation and Interpretation of instruction from clients (as required).
Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders Japan /India.
Monitor customer infrastructure and act as first point of contact for any alerts registered on the monitoring tool.
Expected to do the work according to SOP’s (In Japanese).
Managing Team of language & technical members; Act as the central communication point for interpretation and translation.
Working knowledge of Program Management, Prince2 and agile project management tools and methodologies.
Experience of successfully managing the delivery of multiple projects.
Develop working relationships with support and delivery teams, management and liaise with support areas as required.
Perform root cause analysis, resolution and / or critical issue for production systems.
Hands-on experience in latest project management methods and tools such as SCRUM, Design Thinking, JIRA, Trello.
Confluence, Microsoft tools is an advantage.
Technical understanding in the areas of hybrid cloud and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google is an advantage.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
Systematic and troubleshooting skills.
Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management.
Change Control, Change Management, Compliance, Cost Management, Finance Strategy, Financial Forecasting, Management, Systems Performance Metrics, Portfolio Analytics.
Profit Optimization, Project Governance, Project Performance, Project Risk Management, Project Sponsorship, Quality Assurance,f Resource Planning, Revenue Acceleration, Revenue Management.
Risk Mitigation, Scope Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Roadmaps, Strategy Development has context menu.
