Direct the employees to work in a safe environment. Manage the department to achieve operation goals. Key Job Responsibilities + Ensure the safety of the employee and work environment. + Develop plans to achieve department goals for quality and efficiency. + Manage accounts receivables as defined in business plan as well as manage the service department to operate within the guidelines set by our manufacturers policies and procedure. + Ensure proper training is provided for the service technicians and service administration. + Work with factory representatives to ensure warranty factory campaigns are completed. + Enforce high work standards for quality and professional service. Qualifications/Requirements + Must be able to apply the seven principles of the KOMATSU Way to their everyday work activities where applicable. + High school degree & some college preferred. + Construction equipment and industry knowledge. + Some excavating and grading knowledge. + Knowledge of software and technology applications preferred.
