Service Manager Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. Oversee daily service activities, including scheduling, workflow, and technician performance. Maintain a positive work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and customer service. Work closely with parts and sales departments to coordinate customer service efforts. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service revenue, repair order count, and customer retention. Handle customer concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
