Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skillsStrong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)#LI-LC1
