We also provide service on various generators. We are a very dynamic and progressive organization always searching for great people to become a part of our team. We are currently seeking a Service Manager. This person will be responsible for managing the service department and its employees. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changes. Reports to: PC Manager Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years of generator experience. • Leadership skills and ability to multitask • Skilled use of various types of equipment in the shop Preferred Qualifications: N/A Working Conditions: This is a warehouse work environment which may include lifting, standing and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Essential Job Functions: • Taking calls from customers and service technicians • Scheduling service calls and technicians work schedules • Helping customers and technicians with trouble shooting problems • Scheduling and supervising generator group trainings • Monitor parts inventory both in the branch and in the service vehicles • Research parts and sources to acquirer them from • Monitor margins on service calls and work with billing group to optimize profit • File warranty claims and negotiate claims in dispute • Work with sales group on customer services and start-ups • Schedule service and start-ups within the territory • File all necessary paperwork with manufactures and customers CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
