Learning Disabilities Service Manager
Location: Market Drayton and Whitchurch
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-Time with shared on-call

I am seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee a cluster of supported living clients and a handful of outreach services within Market Drayton and Whitchurch.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage supported living and outreach services.Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality care.Develop and implement personalised support plans.Promote and implement positive behaviour support.Network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ensure compliance with sector regulations and best practices.Share on-call responsibilities.Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.Proven experience as a senior/team leader.Confident, knowledgeable, and competent within CQC policies and procedures.Excellent IT skills.Significant experience in positive behaviour support.Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.What We Offer:
