Reference PE003089 Location Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client in the health & hygiene industry is looking to employ an experienced Service Manager, based in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
Grade 12 minimum. Operations Management Diploma is advantageous. 2 Years' management / leadership experience HR/IR experience will be advantageous. 2 Years service. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Full responsibility of services within the Branch. Asset Management. Customer visits and liaison / problem solving. Vehicle maintenance/servicing and check list. Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages. Adherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices; providing services on time and sequencing of services followed. Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals. Stock management and control of contract consumables. Staff management and training Distribution staff management. Attend meetings as required at customers sites. Management oversight and involvement in health and safety procedures in conjunction with health and safety representative. Management and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites to keep them up to date and current. Manage employee medicals and inductions for specific sites where needed to keep these certifications current and up to date so that work can be conducted at these sites without interruption.
