Salary: £36,000 per annum + £1,353.42 Essential Car User Allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, leading a skilled and passionate team in delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. You'll have the opportunity to:

Drive excellence in care, ensuring the highest standards across our supported living serviceBuild and maintain strong relationships with the people we support, families, regulators, and stakeholdersManage referrals, health and safety, compliance, and financial oversightDevelop and inspire your team, providing training, supervision, and on-the-job coachingShape and implement strategic growth plans, helping us expand our impactWhat We're Looking For

We need an inspirational leader who is dedicated to making a difference. To thrive in this role, you should have:

NVQ Level 3 in Social Care Management (or equivalent)Proven experience in social care at a management levelA deep understanding of learning disabilities and mental health needsA proactive approach to leadership, with a hands-on attitude to coaching and developmentThe flexibility to respond to the needs of a 24-hour service, including on-call responsibilitiesWhy Join Us?
