What You'll Be Doing

Schedule and direct the mechanics on a day-to-day basis, prioritize maintenance work and assign responsibilities for mechanicsManage the budget and strategy for the various heavy equipment and maintenance functions housed at 2nd Street, Plymouth truck shop and Frazer shopOversee the dispatching and schedules for lowboys, dump trucks, etc.Oversee and ensure compliance with Motive GPS tracking, DOT and CDL regulations for all equipment and personnel.Ensure shops inventory is maintained and necessary parts are ordered for maintenance as well as attain quotes and make decisions on which vendor/part we order

What Are We Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent 5 years of heavy equipment mechanic and shop management experienceEffective written, verbal, telephone communication skills and proficient in MS Windows applications

Work Environment

This position is primarily stationed in an office environment; however, the individual will travel between sites that require PPE.
