There\r\nwill be some occasional travel to our Sheffield office who also deliver our Employment services.
What you'll be doing:
As a Service Manager, you will be accountable for:
Monitoring\r\n and reporting performance against SLAs and other contractual obligations,\r\n ensuring services meet and exceed client expectations.Proactively\r\n managing and resolving service issues and complaints while identifying and\r\n addressing root causes to prevent recurrence. Develop an annual account\r\n plan, agreed with the operational teams to make sure key activities are\r\n aligned and agreed.Identifying\r\n and driving service improvement opportunities to enhance performance and\r\n customer satisfaction.Establishing\r\n and maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing clients to\r\n foster trust, advocacy, and long-term collaboration.Understanding\r\n and anticipating clients' current and future needs, uncovering\r\n opportunities and promoting services offered by NHS SBS to address those\r\n challenges and achieve their goals.Identifying\r\n sales growth opportunities within the existing client base to expand the\r\n NHS SBS footprint.Assure\r\n new/transitioning services, and projects / changes to services, are fit\r\n for purpose, set up for successful service delivery with minimal impact on\r\n existing services, with formal acceptance into service.What you’ll bring:
Service & contract management experience, preferably in a similar industry.Knowledge of shared service delivery (e.g., Payroll, Pensions).Familiarity with the NHS sector and how it operates.Sales and on account growth experience.Strong\r\n understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques and contract\r\n management best practice.Ability to identify & implement service improvements.Excellent\r\n communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build\r\n relationships and influence collaborators at all levels.Detail\r\n orientated with strong organisational and time management skills.Ability\r\n to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and goal-oriented\r\n environment.Proficiency\r\n in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and Contract Management Tools.If you are interested in this role but not sure if your\r\nskills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d\r\nlove to hear from you!
