Service Manager For Industrial Security Services
Position Description:

Service Manager for several security and automatization services for the client Vitoria factory.
Service management and reporting with face-to-face work in Vitoria factory with Industrial Security Leader and Plant Managers.
One day per week can be done remotely, but the rest should in morning shift in Vitoria (from 7am to 15 pm)
You will be part of a work group of 6 members, managed by a service coordinator who supports the current group of 5 security and network consultants (being 4 of them local )

Mostly dedicated to servcies management tasks, but being able to support service incidents/requests on a service/project basis.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Service Manager you will perform the following tasks:
- Direct support to Vitoria Security Staff and Plant Managers (1 CISO + 4 planta managers) for the 4 plants already running
- Support for request and incidents in any service
- Advanced level 2 support for security incidents
- Support for security and network design and engineering for new deployments/migrations/services

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum requirements: core technical knowledge and experience in service management of more than 2 years, engineering, support of:

• Industrial Networks (Siemens based)
• Industrial Asssment Management
• Industrial security detection, response and remediation (EDR, IPS, IDS, SOC)
• Firewall (rule creation): Fortinet
• INdustrial automatization
