Service Manager for Marine EMEA
Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to meet & exceed AOP targets set for the territory, ensuring TK service standards through the dealer network and ensure high end client satisfaction.
Preferred location: Benelux countries, Italy, Spain or France.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s technical degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.Proven experience in service department or a related field.Significant experience in transport refrigeration, logistics, HVAC industrial sales or a related business environment.Nice to have knowledge in marine segment.Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous (Spanish, Italian or French).Availability to travel within the region, approximately one week per month.Commercial skills are required.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Organizational and problem-solving skills.Management skills.
