Description

Kenworth Mid Atlantic of Dover, DE is searching for a detail-oriented leader with TRUCK experience to join our team as a Service Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the service department, controlling costs, creating customer relationships, and setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives. Additionally, they must address the concerns of customers and ensure that all service work is performed efficiently and effectively.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm and Saturdays 7 am - 11am.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED requiredValid Driver’s LicenseAt least 2 years of Service Management experienceMust have excellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
