TalentWorld is recruiting a Service Officer II in Toronto, ON for one of our clients.
Service Officer II Job Responsibilities: Prioritize and manage your own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity. Follow firm and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the firm or clients. Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions or other activities as appropriate. Ensure documentation prepared/completed is accurate and properly reflects client/business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules/regulations. Complete investigations – report/escalate risk issues identified or process gaps. Access systems, know and apply system capabilities, ensure upload/download of information is completed timely and accurately. Assist in analysis, development, testing, and implementation of operating and process improvements. Service Officer II Job Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations Officer or similar role within the financial services industry. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of the wealth management industry, including different account types and their functionalities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with teams and partners. Proficiency in ISM, Baycom, CIF, EATS, EIS, and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous. Highly motivated with outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks concurrently. Proficient in accurately documenting and recording customer/client information. Demonstrated commitment to achieving client service excellence is paramount. Employment Details: Salary: $22 an hour Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid (3 on-site, 2 days remote) Duration: 1 year contract with possibility of Extension Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
