Your role and responsibilities

Job profile Summary: Reporting directly to the Division manager, drives and motors service, leads the Operations function at local level drives and motors services, with full accountability of running the day-to-day operations and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost. You will join a passioned team with energy, customer focus driven and with a high speed environment of operations. •\tCreates, implements, and reviews the operations strategy for the designated area, based on the overall service business strategy and is accountable for its relentless execution. You will be responsible for Field Service engineer, Project execution and Drives service workshop operations.•\tEnsures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their direct area of responsibility. •\tEnsures customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience. •\tDrives improvement of the customer satisfaction relentlessly. •\tWorks with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points. •\tUtilizes the local practices for notifying the account team about the opportunities. •\tAccountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value chain for their own area of responsibility (from customer to supplier and from order to delivery of services, products, and projects). •\tAccountable for effectively balancing the existing capacity with customer demand and workload. •\tAccountable for operational risk management and validating and improving reliability and effectiveness of business operations. •\tDrives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility. •\tResponsible for quality assurance, quality control, and for the implementation of an integrated quality management system for their own area of responsibility. •\tAccountable for the effective deployment of ABB’s Quality strategy for the area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

10 years of experience service drives and motors operations and managing a team or relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business management or an other relevant field.Strong Health and Safety culture.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and ABB’s products and services.Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.Customer Focus: Ability to manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.Quality management / Data management with continuous improvement mindset.
