Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for analyzing and optimizing service operations to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve overall service performance. Each day, through monitoring operational data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to you will work to streamline processes and maximize profitability. You will also showcase your expertise by ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, while also providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.The work model for the role is: remote #LI-remoteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in the United States. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tProviding input on annual budget and provides insight to Service Managers to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources. •\tMastering CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow) to provide data analytics and visualizations•\tDeveloping and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track revenue, operational performance, and customer trends•\tFostering a culture of continuous improvement behaviors, methodology, and processes within the organization.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with 2+ years experience in service operations or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in service operations, financial analysis, or a related role.Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow) is preferred.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
